In this selection of music books for kids, from babies to early school age, I’m sharing titles that go beyond reading. These are stories that sing, move and invite children to take part, turning everyday reading into something shared, playful and musical.
You can enjoy them at bedtime, during playtime or in the classroom. However you use them, they create small musical moments between adults and children, at home or in early learning settings 💛

I love it because it also introduces early counting, and little ones quickly start anticipating what comes next, which makes it even more exciting. The story is playful and funny, and this particular version is lovely choice for everyone.

The melodies are easy to follow, and children quickly recognize familiar tunes like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and Baa Baa Black Sheep. I’ve used it both with my own children and with my students, and it always creates that special moment of “I can actually play this".
